Principal Jasmine Tisby

Principal Jasmine Tisby is proud to serve the scholars, families, and staff of Harlean Beal Elementary. With experience in elementary and secondary education, curriculum and instruction, coaching, and campus leadership, she believes that every scholar deserves excellent instruction, high expectations, and adults who believe deeply in their ability to succeed.

At Beal, Principal Tisby is committed to building a culture where Eagle Pride is Hard to Hide and where students and staff are continually challenged to ELEVATE All the Way Up! Her leadership centers on strong instruction, student achievement, joyful learning, and ensuring every Eagle has the opportunity to reach mastery.

Assistant Principal Mary Mosley

Assistant Principal Mary Mosley is a dedicated instructional leader committed to supporting the academic and personal success of every Beal Eagle. She works alongside teachers, scholars, families, and staff to create a safe, structured, supportive learning environment where students can thrive.
