About Our School

Welcome to Harlean Beal Elementary, Home of the Soaring Eagles!

Our school is home to about 330 students and 45 faculty members. We serve the Forest Hill Community and provide education and services to students in grades Pre-K through 5th. We service both Dual Language and Regular Program students as well as RISE program.

We have a full gymnasium, the original school's auditorium, music, and art class, along with a fully stocked library with online media access to educational databases. Our school strives to be the best we can be to make sure every child reaches its full potential! Once again, Welcome to Harlean Beal and we hope you enjoy navigating our page!
